SKYRIM Dawnguard DLC (ENG)

Skyrim BEHOLD! The land of danger , mystery, and magic! This game alone consumed over 80 hours my life with countless battles, enormous dragons, dungeon crawling, and arrows to the knees! (sorry, had to include that) The game is huge with weapons and items galore! Just when you thought that you left your Skyrim life behind, Bethesda slaps you with a 15 to 20 hour DLC with more baddies, battles, and items of plenty! So strap on your Nord helmet , enchanted Deadra armor, and dragon shouts (clearing throat),  Because Tamriel/Skyrim is in danger once more with a new threat. Who better to save the land than the Ultimate Dragon Born…….you! Welcome back!
YOL-TOOR-SHUL!!! (room just bursted into flames)
My first impression was that the DLC fits in the game without major signs or flashing lights. You hear the commonfolk whispering about a situation in Dawnguard which you might be interested to partake. So you must make an effort to find the faction. You can either join the DawnGuards (Vampire slayer) or become a Vampire Lord (Blood sucking freak). I chose the DawnGuards. Vampirism is too mainstream now days ever since the Tiolet movie.
(I meant Twilight, sorry, honest mistake)

The first new weapon I got my hands on was a Crossbow. Very strong weopon with long reaload. This weapon seems to blend well with my archery perk, nice! Since iam a recent werewolf, this DLC give a particular skill tree which expands on my ferral ablities. Vampires have their own skill sets as well. From dodging attacks, summoning Gargoyles, and a Vampirac gravity throw which makes your opponents your personal ragdoll. If you are just joining the game with a freshly made character, you might want to level up a bit before you venture forth.

THE VERDICT:

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
The game blends well within the huge world Skyrim beholds. If a game of the year game comes out you wont even know that the Dawnguard was a major DLC for how well it mixes with the new abilities and weapons. the only thing I was kinda disappointed in was that it was not like "The Shivering Isle" that was offered in Elder Scrolls "Oblivion". A totally new vast area to explore. Dawnguard just expands on what you already have with a few new areas like the faction's hideouts.
But this game is huge enough as it is, so I should stop complaining.

GAMEPLAY:
The controls are swift, but when there are too many enemies it slows down enough to annoy.
My character got stuck on a few objects or "clipping". Thats when you characters body is actualy inside or outside an object and gets stuck at times. This takes away the part of the realism. With these minor defects the game still is captivating.

IMMERSION:
You take interest in the story due to the fact that it takes place within the Skyrim dilema itself. The new cast of characters give it a rich background on what is going on. Even as a Dawnguard, you get more than one chance to become a Vampire. Which I guess means that this is what you are suppose to expirience in order to capture the whole story. (Oh god I hope these vampres DO NOT sparkle)

                                                                        BUY IT!

Closing comments:
The game is huge as it it. If you were sad to leave a world and character you invested so much in, why not spend 20 dollars to have your legend live on for the next 15 to 20 hours or so!
